1. Subject and Field of Application:

4.1 Users have the right to create tasks for monitoring feedback in accordance with the terms of the selected tariffs and their limitations.
4.2 A task is defined as the term of an active monitoring object, such as a specific brand, product or event, selected by the user to study feedback on social networks.
4.3 The number of active tasks that the user can create depends on the selected tariff plan. Information about the available number of tasks, restrictions and conditions are determined on the relevant pages of the site and in the user‘s personal account.
4.4 The user can change and update active tasks in accordance with the selected tariff and terms of service provision.
4.5 If the user chooses a tariff plan with a limited number of tasks, an increase in the number of tasks is possible for an additional fee or by switching to another tariff.
5. Liability and Guarantees
5.1 The service is not responsible for any damages or misunderstandings that may arise as a result of using the site and services.
5.2 Guarantees regarding the quality of services provided and delivery are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions that the user can find on the website.
6. Force majeure
6.1 The parties acknowledge that they shall not be liable for any non-performance or improper performance of any agreement binding on them in the event of circumstances beyond their control and which cannot be avoided or overcome by reasonable measures (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure").
6.2 Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.).

6.3 In the case of Force Majeure, the term of fulfillment of obligations to provide services may be postponed for a long period, however, the parties undertake to take all possible measures to reduce the impact of Force Majeure on the provision of services.
6.4 If the Force Majeure event continues for a long period, each party has the right to terminate the agreement without any liability to the other party.
