1. General provisions
1.1 This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regulates the conditions and procedure for refunds to online store buyers.
1.2 This Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions and comes into effect from the moment of purchase.
2. Procedure for Reimbursement and Return of Funds
2.1 The buyer has the right to compensation and return of funds only in the following cases:
- If the service does not meet the buyer‘s expectations.
- If within 7 days from the moment of purchase the service has been inoperable for a long period, exceeding 7 days in a row.
2.2 To carry out the refund procedure, the buyer must contact the support service with details of the situation and present the necessary documents or photos.
2.3 The cost of compensation may be full or partial, depending on the nature of the violation and the decision of the support service.
2.4 Requests for refunds are processed within a reasonable time, usually no later than 14 days from the moment of their receipt.
3. Cancellation of Transactions
3.1 The buyer may cancel the transaction and request a refund, or in cases provided by applicable law.
3.2 To cancel a transaction, the buyer must contact the support service and provide the necessary data and confirmation.
3.3 The refund is made using the same payment method as the canceled transaction.
4. Information on the Site
4.1 The Commentify Internet service is obliged to display the terms of this Policy on the relevant pages of its website.
